The Aztec Mentor Program's (AMP) purpose is to engage alumni and professional mentors to connect with juniors, seniors and graduate students to support them as they move their career forward. AMP asks mentors and mentees to invest eight hours in mentoring over the fall and/or spring semester.
Thank you to our program participants for their commitment and time as we build a stronger Aztec network and support Aztecs Hiring Aztecs. We are here to support you throughout your mentoring experience.

Mentor Moments: What participants say
"My mentor has helped me professionally, personally, and academically. My communication and networking skills have improved due to the guidance provided by my mentor. I was able to open new doors for myself in my professional field and gained professional insight within the IT industry." - Aashi Jain, mentee
"Mentoring is a two-way street. The mentee is learning from me as much as I am learning from the them. Mentoring offers me a great opportunity to become acquainted with other perspectives." - Frances Frye, mentor
